Cost is expensive compared to service

It is very close to gate 316, exactly 2 min away. The view was great, you can see El salam gate (gate no 1). A mini market is available just next to the hotel door. The staff was friendly.

The room service is not available all the time, you have to call them several times. The bathroom was too narrow and not clean.

It was just average!

The location of Hotel is good.

There was too much noise... We couldn't sleep due to the lift sound and also many people were talking in the lobby and voices were coming inside as we were sitting in an open area, it was not looking that we are in room.

Value for Money!!

Location was the best part of this hotel. Very near to Haram Gate#7. The Staff specially Mr Ahmed Rahim from 10th Floor was very polite and helpful. Overall If you are visiting Medina for the purpose of Umrah. This hotel is the best as it is only 1 minute walk to Haram.

Internet was too slow!! They need to fix the internet issue

Would not stay again

The location is excellent. Right near the prophet mosque. Gives you the convenience and the leisure to be able to go to all the prays in a matter of minutes.

The rooms are tiny. The facilities are shocking. In our room, we had one plug which you have to choose to put for the fridge, the kettle or the TV. The toilet was leaking. No room service unless you ask for . To be honest I didn’t report any as I was really keen not to waste my precious time in the madinah. But I met the manger in my way and reported this and he was very keen to satisfy our needs.

there is no parking area, it confusing for having a car park in haram parking because it is ramadhan it was very crowded, I saw a parking area in the back of hotel but it was not functioning, please consider for functioning it, it will add your hotel value, if i came to madinah again i will be happy to stay at this hotel again, but not my husband, he will choose another hotel which has a parking area, because he is the one who drive the car, as im just sit as a passenger,,, so my advise is just consider to provide parking area, thats all,,,,

Location is the best thing about hotel and so do the staff especially Mr. Sougar Hussain who helped us a lot to change the mate and cleaning the room.

wifi was very poor, door mate was stinking due to which bad odour in room, requested to change. Keep on requesting for room service

This was wonderful stay at Mirage AlSalam Hotel in Madinah which is very close to Haram.The purpose of stay to spend some quality time in Masjid e Nabi SAW and pray for acceptance of our good deeds.

Enjoyed the stay

It is an ideal place for Madina Munawara visitors. The staff was very cordial as a whole.

Toilets are not much clency, but acceptable for a short stay.

great stay but the rooms could be bigger.

Great staff! Raheem was always available to help when we needed anything, from water, to bedsheets to tea bags. Ravin was a great bellman helped out with all the luggage and maqsood provided all the local restaurants and services available at a moments notice.

Great stay, wish the rooms were a little bigger, three beds were really crammed into a small place. other than that great location. Oh and it would be nice to shower doors.
